Aloysius Butler & Clark Announces New Office in the Heart of Wilmington, at 600 N. King St.

Aggressive growth and new workplace model have paved the way for AB&C’s new location with open, modern office space.

WILMINGTON, Del. (May 18, 2023) — Aloysius Butler & Clark (AB&C), one of the largest independent full-service marketing communications agencies in the region, recently transitioned from their previous Wilmington, Delaware headquarters at 819 N. Washington Street to a modern office on the third floor of Courthouse Square, located at 600 N. King Street. AB&C’s new Delaware home is nearly 10,000 square feet and integrates features that foster optimal connectivity and productivity in today’s hybrid work model and provides the flexibility needed to accommodate the agency’s continued growth.

Since its founding 50 years ago, AB&C has had its roots firmly planted in Wilmington, making it essential for the agency to maintain a presence in the city. Here, the company will continue to remain immersed in opportunities to serve a diverse client base, while contributing to the community’s growth and prosperity.

“While AB&C has strategically expanded our footprint over the years, we stand strong in our commitment to the people and businesses of Wilmington,” said Paul Pomeroy, CEO. “Since the pandemic, we’ve seen so many companies having to—or choosing to—move out of the area. AB&C is proud to remain central to the community that has supported us throughout the years and to be able to give back by investing right here.”

AB&C employees—which represent departments ranging from creative, digital, PR, media and social media to account services, accounting, executive leadership and others—began working at the new King Street location in early May. The space’s open floor plan affords ample space conducive to creative and strategic collaborations—as well as multiple conference rooms equipped with a variety of platforms necessary to connect remote workers with colleagues and local, national, and international clients and partners. The office’s location in the heart of Wilmington brings the agency closer to public transportation, and retail and restaurant options. It also provides additional value for an AB&C team that continues to grow and attract talent from beyond the immediate area.

Over the past several years, annual growth at AB&C has been steady and the agency projects continued, consistent growth as they continue through their milestone 50th year in the industry. In June 2022, the agency opened a larger, modern space in the heart of Center City Philadelphia to accommodate recent expansion, staff growth and new clients in the region. In addition, approximately one year ago, AB&C acquired Mangos, an agency based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, that serves national and international clients. AB&C remains committed to maintaining a strong footprint in the communities where they’re located, which in addition to Wilmington, Delaware and Philadelphia includes Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
